Marvel SNAP Tier List: Here is our TIER List of Pool 5 cards
Marvel SNAP Tier List – This article will be constantly updated based on changes and additions of new cards. Last update 16/07/2023.
This is the Tier List of Pool 5 cards from Powned.it, generated based on my experience with Marvel SNAP. Therefore, it is not intended as an absolute list but rather as advice for those who are playing Marvel SNAP and are unsure how to navigate through the multitude of cards in the game.
It is precisely after reaching Collection Level 486 that things start to get very interesting. From that moment on, players will have access to Pool 3-4-5 cards, and Pool 5 contains ALL the Big Bads of the Marvel universe released so far. Let’s see together which ones are a must-have and which ones should be categorically avoided.
REMEMBER THAT ALL THE BIG BADS WILL NEVER BE MOVED FROM POOL 5. They currently cost and will always cost 6000 Collector Tokens. For all the other cards in Pool 5, they may be moved to a lower pool in the future, becoming less expensive.
Marvel SNAP, the Pool 5 Tier List from Powned.it
The top 3 cards that you absolutely must have are High Evolutionary, Kitty-Pride, and Jeff. Starting with High Evo, you can explore a new archetype thanks to its unique ability, and it is highly recommended for those with a limited card collection. If you have recently surpassed CL 486, we recommend purchasing this card before any others.
Another 3 EXCELLENT cards to collect are Thanos, Hitmonkey, and Iron Lad. If you come across Thanos don’t hesitate to purchase it. Extremely versatile, you can use it in different archetypes, from Destroy to Control. Adding the Infinity Gems to your deck will surely bring you fun and allow you to experiment with new strategies! Hitmonkey makes a difference in Bounce decks, and playing it right will give you a nice strength buff. Iron Lad fits into a range of cards, cost 4, with more than decent strength and the ability to copy the text and abilitiy of one of your cards.
These 5 cards are considered GOOD, but not essential, so it is not necessary to purchase them with Collector Tokens. If you obtained them for free or through the Season Pass/Spotlight, then you can use them in decks that work quite well.
The last 2 are Big Bads, namely KANG and the Living Tribunal, and they are definitely NOT recommended for purchase. They are probably difficult to fit into a deck, even if obtained for free from the crates. They are likely the worst cards in Pool 5. We are awaiting a possible Buff or Rework!
Obviously, this list is useful for focusing on purchasing cards that you are missing. Therefore, we recommend obtaining the must-have cards first, if possible, and then focusing on the Excellent ones. You can obtain all the others randomly by playing and increasing your Collection Level.
