Kalista and Sion: A new game-breaking bug discovered
League of Legends is a rather complex game, and its code has often been the protagonist of both hilarious and game-breaking bugs. And what we are talking about today, involving Kalista and Sion, is one of them.
A player of the renowned MOBA by Riot has discovered this strange interaction between the two champions, which allows the Noxian Colossus to come back to life immediately after dying. It’s an exploit that should not be underestimated and requires quick and immediate fixes.
Before showing you how the bug works, we remind you not to replicate it during your matches. You could be banned for bug abuse, and we don’t think it’s worth it.
The new bug with Kalista and Sion
How does it works?
As many of you may know, Sion’s passive allows the champion to enter a “zombie mode” immediately after death, effectively making him a public threat in every action (especially those played on the edge). Well, this bug exploits the passive of the undead colossus and adds an additional touch of danger.
In fact, as visible in the clip below, if Kalista uses her ultimate on Sion just before his passive kills him completely, he returns to life in his original form with full HP. It’s an incredibly powerful weapon that disrupts the balance of the bottom lane.
Although Kalista-Sion is not a popular or established duo in the bot lane, it could easily and quickly become one due to this exploit. There have been no official communications from Riot regarding this issue at the moment, but we believe that something must and can change in the near future. The developers will need to act quickly and resolve the problem as soon as possible to avoid an uncontrollable chaos.
Is this a well known Sion and Kalista bug? I could not figure out what was going on here at all.
