Quella su Ny’Alotha verrà sicuramente ricordata come una delle sfide al progress più strane e discusse di sempre. Dopo gli iniziali intoppi registrati su alcuni boss del raid e sull’ultima fight relativa a N’Zoth, continuano ad innescarsi varie polemiche sui social, con Blizzard che è evidentemente sotto pressione.

Per fare un esempio, la recente decisione degli sviluppatori di nerfare l’Echoing Void andandone a ridurre del 50% il danno è stata “rimandata” alla prossima settimana, una decisione presa per venire incontro (o per evitare un’importante ondata di discussioni sui social) alle necessità dei giocatori delle gilde top di giocarsela fino alla fine senza alcun importante cambiamento che possa rovinare gli equilibri tra le forze attualmente in campo.

Ma anche N’Zoth ha dato qualche grattacapo agli statunitensi dei Limit e lo ha iniziato a fare fin dalla sua prima apparizione (o meglio, dalla sua non apparizione)…una situazione esasperante che sta mettendo a dure prova i nervi di questi giocatori, con il GM Max che si è infatti anche voluto sfogare su Twitter, esternando tutto il suo disappunto:

I’ve never been so tricked in my life from what we witnessed today in them changing that fight or un bugging it or whatever, this is an isolated incident, the whole “stuff isn’t quite working when you get there” thing has NEVER been that bad.

Regardless who wins the boss tomorrow (or later) we always have tremendous respect for method and pieces players. Most of the toxicity is from twitch chat surrounding it and we all hate it. We’re just tryin to game.

Al momento comunque, i Limit si confermano in testa alla classifica essendo riusciti a portare il boss finale del raid, per due tentativi distinti, al 10% di vita (specificatamente 10.6% e 10.3%); decisamente meglio dei Method che stazionano invece poco sotto il 50% di N’Zoth e sono seguiti a breve distanza da FatSharkEyes, Pieces, Aversion ed Exorsus.

In America la giornata di raid è iniziata da poco, e bisognerà vedere se i Limit (attualmente impegnati sotto il 10% con il boss in enrage) riusciranno a portare a casa l’obiettivo prima di questa notte; in contemporanea però saranno operativi anche i Method, che potrebbero regalare un colpo di scena finale atteso da moltissimi tifosi dell’organizzazione europea.
