In relazione alla prima tappa dell’International Qualifier di domani del Red Bull Untapped di MTG Arena ecco disponibili tutte le informazioni utili. Vedremo nel dettaglio i premi per tappe, guide all’utilizzo del sito di MTG Melee (dove si svolgeranno le competizioni), possibilità di effettuare le “live stream” sul proprio canale Twitch utilizzando il logo ufficiale in overlay e molto altro.

Hello there!

You signed up for the very first Red Bull Untapped 2020 Online International Qualifier on MTG Melee. Before we start slinging spells, summoning creatures, and flickering enchantments with our companions for some sweet walue, we have several topics we need to go over.

  • Tournament start time: 9 AM CEST
  • Check-in opens: 7:30 AM CEST
  • Deck registration & Check-in closes 8:30 AM CEST

To see at what time the tournament starts in your timezone, check your MTG Melee tournament page. The starting time gets automatically converted to your local timezone by the site.

Anyone who has not registered their deck in time or has not checked in to the tournament on MTG Melee by 8:30 AM CEST will be automatically dropped! We cannot make exceptions here!

Please read the tournament rules on the MELEE website. Here you will find guidelines on how to communicate with tournament staff, check-in procedure, the age restriction (18+), and much much more!Top cut will be determined based on the number of players in the tournament. The size of the top cut will be announced when R1 starts.

MTG Arena has just put out a big update!

You will need to download it before the tournament starts, we strongly advise you update your MTG Arena client at least a couple hours in advance!

What to expect when playing a tournament on MTG MELEE?

The tournament will be live-streamed on the Red Bull Twitch and Youtube channel
Please join the official Discord server! 

During the tournament you might be requested to join the feature match channel. So keep an eye out on the chat bubble at the top of your MTG Melee window, and on your discord app. If you are invited, please go to the feature match discord channel available to you and share your screen.

When doing so, adjust your settings to the highest quality available. You will find instructions in our “Featurematch Instructions” channel. EZ PZ!

If you have any issues our admins might request you to share your screen, this too will be done through the official discord channel.

CLIP-IT CONTEST
If you’re watching the live stream, clip your favourite moments. At the end of the stream, we will have a Twitter Poll with the best clips of the day. There will be a cool reward for the most popular clip!

There will be 5000$ in the prize pool for this event. After this event there will be 15 more qualifiers, all of these will be free to participate in!A total of $200,000 in prizes will be divided over the Untapped Tournament Series!

Prize split:
1st place: $2500
2nd place: $1000
3rd – 4rth place: $500
5th – 8th place: $250

The winner of the tournament will earn a spot in the Red Bull Untapped Finals, where they will compete with 15 other champions over a prize pool of $75000!Our sponsors have upgraded the prize pool, in addition to the $5000, winners will get some top quality esports essentials!
