Nel corso della giornata di ieri 11/01 a moltissimi giocatori è capitato di avere bloccato l’accesso alle carte e ai decks che contenevano contenuti delle “Avventure” ovvero Naxxramas, Blackrock Mountain e League of Explorers.
Molti ci hanno scritto chiedendoci aiuto, alcuni ci hanno suggerito anche dei “trucchi” per tornare alla normalità ma arriva da qualche ora il “workaround” ufficiale Blizzard tramite blue post.

E’ Omrakos a scrivere infatti :

If you’re having this issue in the EU, you might try resetting your Battle.net account password which will “refresh” it and then re-test the game.

If it does’t help, we’d ask that you submit a support ticket for assistance.

This support article will lead you through the process of submitting a ticket, requesting a call back, or entering into a live web chat session.

We’ve received another update regarding a workaround that should allow you to continue playing while our Development team continues to work on the issue. 

Check your Custom Decks for decks with a red X. Edit the affected deck, remove any card, and save the deck. Go back into the deck and add the card back, save again, and you should once again see your missing rewards. 

Please give it a shot and let us know if this workaround resolves the issue for you!

Per riassumere le soluzioni sono cambiare password e, se non funziona, modificare il proprio deck rimuovendo una carta a caso, salvare ed uscire. Poi riaprirlo, riaggiungerla e risalvare.  Dopo una delle due procedure dovrebbe tornare tutto apposto.
