Call of Duty League: annunciate le prime date e le info del campionato!
Con un nuovo post pubblicato su Twitter è stato dato il primo grande annuncio riguardo l’attesissima prima stagione della Call of Duty League!
La direzione del campionato ha infatti reso noto che il grande show inizierà il 24, il 25 ed il 26 Gennaio del 2020, quando in diretta da Minneapolis (dove avrà sede la franchigia dei Minnesota Rokkr – in fondo alla news l’approfondimento su questo nuovo team) si consumeranno le prime attività della stagione inaugurale!

Ovviamente entusiasta il CEO di Activision Blizzard Bobby Kotick, che si è detto anche molto emozionato della possibilità di replicare il formato proposto con la Overwatch League di un campionato strutturato sul modello delle città-franchigia con milioni e milioni di tifosi coinvolti, per il momento, in 12 metropoli di 4 nazioni diverse.
Oltre a questa interessantissima notizia, è da segnalare il fatto che gli organizzatori hanno reso note tutte le prime informazioni riguardanti il formato del torneo, il dettaglio sulle mappe e sulle modalità di gioco, e poi anche quelli inerenti le caratteristiche che avrà ogni personaggio, e tutte le specifiche informazioni riguardo settaggi ed impostazioni che andranno rispettate durante le partite competitive della Call of Duty League.

We’re excited to announce our first event of the Call of Duty League season. Call of Duty League Launch Weekend will feature all 12 professional teams competing and the first Call of Duty Challengers open bracket of the season. For more information, click here.
We’d also like to take a minute to detail the first iteration of our Competitive Settings for the season.
Competitive Call of Duty rules adjust over time. The rules below do not represent the final competitive settings but an initial set of rules to kickoff the season. Competitive Settings V 1.0 have been developed in coordination between League Administration and representatives (players, coaches) of the Call of Duty League.
With the game having been released last week, we recognize that our final map set will need to be further refined than what we’ll have in place for the first version of our ruleset. That said, we’ll be paying close attention to both pro and amateur player feedback to ensure the best map set by season launch.
Maps and modes may change at a later date. Our pro player community is heavily involved in this process, and we look forward to narrowing down our settings a bit closer to the start of the season.
